The Lily of the Valley.
The Lily of the Valley is prominently featured in art movements of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Miah and I have shared a love of art and craft, and we have a particular fondness for Art Nouveau.
Our wedding decor, invitations, and attire were largely inspired by Art Nouveau, and in the years following we have collected antiques that feature the Lily of the Valley. It symbolizes new beginnings and, Miah’s most important personal value, humility.
